If you can meet the clients, you could demonstrate how your page works
using a speech browser, or using a normal browser without a mouse, or with
font size set to 24pt. And then maybe demonstrate how some other pages
fail. This would of course cover just some aspects of accessibility - but
it's difficult to find a way to demonstrate, say, how a cognitively
disabled person or a dyslexic experiences the page.
Some of the demonstrations could be made available on the Web, as screen
shots or otherwise.
