Hello,
As all of us in this email list, I believe making websites accessible for all is important.
In addition, I think that the field of web accessibility is a massive opportunity to involve and empower disabled people especially by giving them a job.
I want to train a group of 5 women with disabilities to Web accessibility report audit. They have a wide range of knowledge in web accessibility and impairment (motor, visual, cognitive, hearing). They are in long term unemployment or they struggle to set up their business because, obviously, having a disability and being a woman doesn't help...They are based in London, UK.
I know the basics of web accessibility so I can provide them with an introduction. Then, I would like to have an expert helping me on it so that they can fully run audit in web accessibility and get support.
Does anybody would like to help me with that? Or do you have any advice?
Thanks a lot!
