Thanks for the update. Always great to have shiny new versions of tools!

I read in the release notes that this new version adds an additional
checkpoint for "table header cell assignments". And after comparing PAC
2 vs PAC 3 results for a recently finished PDF, I note with some
embarrassment that I have a series of error flags that weren't there in
my PAC 2 tests. It turns out that I have sometimes been leaving the
"scope" attribute blank for regular tables with a single header row
across the top on the incorrect assumption that the scope was only
required for complex tables. After double-checking the PDF/UA spec, I
see that the scope is indeed required for table headers except where
unique header attributes and IDs are used in its stead. Ooops! Glad that
I won't be making that error again!
