I haven't used the SDK. You need to be able to show the Accessibility tools, the Tags, Order and Content Panels, be able to Tag a document and make repairs. For example, if you get as far as being able to see a Tags Tree, press F2 to go into Edit mode to see if you can change the Tag. For example, if the Tag is <P> and you need <H2>, press F2, delete the P and replace it with the H2 making sure the H is capitalized.

I'm not sure what tools you have in the SDK.
