People have given you the most common combinations. I would also add
braille devices, as I have found that they can show minor things that
regular screen readers don't always see.

Also I find it depends where you live in terms of screen reader version
testing. In different places I have found people either have the latest
screen reader versions, while in others it was the complete opposite. So if
you need local testers, then it helps to know what they have as that may
(and I stress may) be indicative of what many would be using in that place.
Of course, there are exceptions, etc, etc.
