I'm not aware of other products, but know from other's experiences that Buffer is accessible. So, if that's a consideration from an end-user perspective, it should work.

Hi everyone,

Asking on behalf of a colleague...

We are looking for a bulk tweeter (like Hootsuite), that allows for social listening and is also accessible. Currently Hootsuite does not allow alt text (even though Twitter does). We are aware of a product called Buffer.
Does any one know any other products out there?
