Yes, Sean, that's essentially what I'm talking about, although on a larger
scale. If 20 tabs are open and I'm reading tab 10 and select a link from
tab 10 that opens another tab, if the new tab was added to the end of the
list of open tabs (so it's tab 21), I want to use ctrl+tab to switch
between tab 10 and tab 21. I want to toggle back and forth quickly.
