Any screen readers for KAI OS for mobile

Hi All,

Is there any screen reader for KAI OS for mobile?
Would like to know have anyone tried using Read Out mode in KAI OS and
what features are supported.

Googling got only the following relevant info from KAI OS support page:
"The KaiOS-powered devices usually support the Readout mode. You can
find it it under:
Settings -> Device -> Accessibility -> Readout - To enable the Readout
mode, please set it to ON."
