Adaptive Technology Consulting (http://www.adaptivetech.net) uses Americart
(http://www.cartserver.com/americart/). I looked over ATC's use of e-commerce
and talked to their programmer about it a year or so ago. It was not a
thorough review or anything, but a little more than a cursory look. It looked
like a few tweaks were needed on the programming end to meet some standards (I
was probably looking for Section 508 and/or WAI Priority 1 standards), but I
don't recall any major problems. This was a while back though.
