In PDF you will want to set the value of the radio button to be different for each as the name and tooltips must match. Assistive technology such as screen readers would read both the value and the tooltip.

Could you give me a example of a PDF with accessible radiobuttons. This Example is needed me to understant if jaws anounces a common label for radiobuttons group or no. i tried to find it but I did not succeed.
