labeling multiple inputs in a question

for

Hi everyone,

trying to figure this out. We've got fill in the blank games, where the
question can have more than one blank (input), but it doesn't always. When
there's just one at the end, it's easy, but how about when the blank is in
the middle of the question or when there is more than one blank? A sample
question could be:

Little ___ Riding Hood was going to her ____'s house.

I'm stumped as to the solution that would give the learner the best
experience. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Mike
