Monsido - Is this reliable?

Hi,

I am talking to a business that is looking for some remediation assistance
and they are using Monsido <https://monsido.com/features/web-accessibility>
as their compliance benchmark. I am not familiar with this software. Seems
like accessibility scanning software is popping up all over and I am
naturally skeptical. Does anyone have an opinion or feedback on this one in
particular they'd be willing to share?
