Hello, all.
Thought I'd pass this along in case any of you are helping train people to
become certified professionals through the International Association of
Accessibility Professionals <https://www.accessibilityassociation.org/>
(IAAP). I've created a couple of GitHub repositories where folks can
contribute (unofficial) practice questions for the IAAP's Certified
Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies
<https://www.accessibilityassociation.org/cpacccertification> (CPACC) and Web
Accessibility Specialist
<https://www.accessibilityassociation.org/wascertification> (WAS) exams.
Having practice questions like these would be very helpful for those who
are training folks in their organizations to take those exams, but it can
be quite time-consuming to create well-written multiple choice questions
that are keyed to specific objectives. I'm hoping this will generate
enough interest that folks will want to contribute and that many hands will
make light work. If you're interested, the repositories are here:
- Practice Questions for the Certified Professional in Accessibility
Core Competencies (CPACC) Exam
<https://github.com/robfentress/cpacc-practice>
- Practice Questions for the Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) Exam
<https://github.com/robfentress/was-practice>
Again, this is an *unofficial* effort, not sponsored by IAAP. Also, if you
have any better ideas about how to go about this, let me know.
Best,
Rob
