@mhysnm1964 - The summary <https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG20-TECHS/H73.html> is
deprecated in HTML5 (though there is a new summary tag as a component of
the new details tag
<https://www.w3.org/TR/2011/WD-html5-author-20110809/the-details-element.html>)
so in the long run it doesn't matter (which is why I was thinking of using
an aria-describedby)
