Wondering whether an accessible color palette tool is possible

Hi All,
I previously used the color wheel in CorelDraw to build palettes of
compatible colors. I can no longer use CorelDraw and am sometimes stumped
to create good palettes. So my choices have tended toward monochromatic
themes.I am wondering whether someone could create an accessible Web tool
for this purpose. Any solution that helps to generate colors that really
work together would be of enormous help to me.
Perhaps a tool like this might also show that accessibility does not lead to
dull looks.
