There is a book which was released last year called Developing Accessible iOS Apps that I would suggest you get your hands on. This talks about how IOS apps are developed. IBM, BBC and of course Apple have some good resources.

Hi Everyone,
I hope you are well. I am Momin Pasha. I have strong knowledge in web accessibility. I have a few questions regarding iOS and macOS native applications accessibility. If you can spare some time (max 1 hour) at your convenient time and method (Zoom, Skype, Webex, Hangouts), that would be really helpful.
I am hoping that someone with working knowledge on iOS and macOS native applications accessibility can help me. Kindly please reach me at <EMAIL REMOVED> .
Thanks in advance.
Best Regards,
Momin Pasha
