I'm not sure if you are referring to voice command or a screen reader?
Voice command used by blind or low vision on iOS would be SIRI, on Android
it is "Hey Google."
Screen reader (like NVDA) on iOS is Voiceover, on Android it is TalkBack
(not all Android phones support TalkBack fully).
