Nvda doesn't do voice commands.
This question is a bit confusing.

I'm a blind android user and I use talkback and commentary screen reader on different android devices. I have no problem navigating the web.

If you want things read with a voice command, the google assistant does this. As do a number of plugins and apps on android.

Subject: [WebAIM] Android Voice Commands

We're being asked to go beyond our regular website accessibility audits, into the unfamiliar area where the blind use voice commands to explore the online content that we helped make accessible. They seem able to do so well with iPhones but not so with Androids.

Does anyone know of a voice command app we can recommend the blind use with their Android smartphones to surf the web with assistive technology like NVDA reading the content?

Cheers,
