VPAT version for AODA

Thanks to Karen for providing that, I lost this thread!

Oh and one last note. They say they are not updating this past WCAG
2.0, and currently we have draft of WCAG 2.2, so just be aware of
this...This is why I go way beyond WCAG when I do document audits.
