Drat!

Can I check then, when you run the "Full Check" in Acrobat, and you go
to that error in the Accessibility Checker panel, do you see a list of
fields when you expand the arrow by the "Tagged form fields - failed"
error? Or do you get no fields showing there, even though the error
won't go away?

And when you try to use the "Find" for "Unmarked annotations" you end up
finding nothing - no results at all?

These things can be very tricky to figure out!
