https://www.w3.org/TR/mobile-accessibility-mapping/ is a draft and is non-normative. Also, Appendix A (WCAG Techniques that apply to mobile) links to https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/mobile-a11y-tf/MobileTechniques/, which does include SC 2.2.2
