I change the title of the document from a P Tag to an H1 Tag so that, as a person using a screen reader, I can quickly get to the top of a document. Using Ctrl + Shift + N to go to page 1 doesn't always take you to the top of the document, especially if there are preface pages with Roman Numerals in the document. I also make sure that the title of the document is the first Bookmark in the Bookmark Panel for the same reason...it is a fast way to get to the top of the document/first page.
