If you could paste those notes here, or a URL to them, I'd appreciate it. We use Qualtrics a lot here and I find them difficult because wrist issues make mouse use a minor pain for me.

Correct!
I have worked with them quite a bit recently so I can dig up my notes on creating accessible surveys, as unusable as the platform is for a user with a disability, at lesat it is possible to create accessible survey questions with it.
