I think I'll try that.

To clarify this a bit, the problem is that in the tags, this content is in one paragraph taking up the whole page.
I have tried fixing this by removing the page structure and then selecting content using the order tool. No matter what I do the tags content order is a mess and does not reflect the text I see in the order pane.
I do have another file where the content for that page seems to be less problematic, so your suggestion is probably my best option.
