Those rulings are encouraging. I love the idea that parasite lawyers have spent thousands of hours and significant money filing 450 law suits that are potentially all going to get tossed out.

That said, the ADA requirements for hotels include other requirements that can be very difficult to meet, so the lawyers may just switch their attention to those.
