Yes, there are some details around accessibility features in hotels that are required under the ADA but the level of detailed required to be on the site may be limited per the decision below:

Thanks to everyone who has responded. It is clear that Section 508 does not apply to retail outlets.

It turns out that one of my previous statements was incorrect. It's ADA that has a specific requirement relating to hotels. It relates to "reservations made by any means", so it applies to websites even though they are not specifically mentioned.

504 applies to states, and that allows states to determine how they meet that requirement. 508 ouitlines the standards that must be met. Some states adopted 508 directly for ease since most states use federal funds to do stuff. Others adopted WCAG directly instead of the old 508 standards. A sub-set of states adopted a hybrid approach. The lines were blurred
post-2018 since 508 adopted wcag 2.0.
