Question about switch access

Dear all,

I wondered if anyone on the list knew about developing
websites where switch users (i.e. those with impaired motor
function) are one of the target audiences? We've allowed
for keyboard operation, large clickable areas and skipping
through long lists of links, but I wondered if we needed
to provide any mechanism for moving around the page (e.g.
scrolling through long pages of text).

Any feedback much appreciated.
