Hi,

I recommend that you ask your COR to talk to the section 508 Program
Manager or their office. I work in such an office, and we have our own
checklists. We would only accept a DHS result from a certified trusted
tester, and ideally got our approval to not use the agency version at the
start of the project. Most of our Sows have the link to the checklist in
them.
