Okay, thanks.

I have these three bookmarked and have used them in the past. I think there
is one more I have used in the past, can't find it on my new computer (I
hope someone will chime in).

https://www.nad.org/about-us/position-statements/minimum-standards-for-video-remote-interpreting-services-in-medical-settings/
https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG21/Understanding/sign-language-prerecorded.html
https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG20-TECHS/G160.html

For the videos I have seen, they are regular YouTube sized-and as good
quality as possible (so that the user can choose a lesser quality if their
internet isn't great-which is an issue for many in North America). Size can
vary, as again people may not have great internet. I am not 100% sure I
have seen compression in best practices, but I may be wrong. I did this
research a couple of years before the pandemic, and it seems like eons ago!

Cheers

Lisa
