Opinion of report tools

Hello everyone,

I'm currently preparing a report on the accessibility of one of our
university's e-assessment systems. Preparing the evaluation methodology,
both the WCAG-EM- and the ATAG-Report-Tool (ART) came to my attation.
While I knew about the WCAG-EM-Report-Tool before, it was the Github
repo of the ART that mentions the possibility to have your own
installation as well as modify the underlying accessibility
specification. This would allow to implement your own evaluation
methodology, right?

What do you think of these tools? Are they worth putting more effort
into them? Or would a stylesheet / document do the same for you?
