The desktop version as people already have mention is fully accessible for office 365. The web version does have some challenges and depending on the screen reader being used will not give the same capabilities. For example if you're using excel the web version will not read out the headers of your spreadsheet while the desktop can't if you're using jaws for windows. This is not a accurate fact from the vision impaired employee saying office 365 is not accessible. The web version as people have indicated is not the preferred user interface. As being a screen reader user I find sometimes quite challenging and I avoid as much as I ca
