Good morning
Are you referring to Freedom scientific’s? JAWS?
If so
I have it set up with a shortcut key so all I need to do is press off control Jay and that will open the app if it is closed so that’s pretty much what I do so all I need to do.
Press insert F4
That will close the program
Then use the native desktop software.
Then press alt control J to re-open it again
If the program you’re talking to is something different than I am not sure how to help
