PowerPoint accessibility with text in outline view

Hello,

I'm wondering if its an ADA standard or requirement that all text on slides must so and view in the outline view. I know when using textboxes in PowerPoint that text content will not show up in the outline view and its best to use a slide layout with content placeholders.

I'm not sure if there is any conformance on text in the outline view.

With appreciation,
