Hi DJ,
If the VPAT was written by Level Access and they chose the right use cases to test, I would rate it as fairly reliable.
Level Access generally tends to have good consultants with a high level of training.
However, important to note that Level Access also offers the AMP system for sale to companies and that manual and use case testing by a company is going to be reliant on the training and experience of their staff. So YMMV.
Best,

Subject: [WebAIM] Can I trust a Level Access AMP review?
Hi Everyone,
Does anyone have any experience with Level Access's Accessibility Management Platform (AMP)? I'm reviewing a VPAT right now that was evaluated with "Automatic, manual, and use case testing using Level Accessâ Accessibility Management Platform (AMP)", and need to know whether I can trust it.
I'm having trouble finding detailed information on what goes into a Level Access AMP test, so I was hoping one of you might know.
Cheers,
