Hello WebAIM members,
Some time ago, I asked the list here for references to websites that
may offer tutoring on different devices or programs. Someone named
Dean graciousaly answered, and I still have his personal emails to
utilize.
One such website, found on Monday by me, is www.mysticaccess.com.
They are based in the Buffalo, NY area, have several online tutorials
and a podcast tailored to different items that may serve as a good
start point for a blind person.
I did email an inquiry similar to the one posted here asking about
known remote support services besides the Microsoft Disability Answer
Desk? Answer pending.
I wanted you to know this, as to me this is "accessibility in mind."
Kind regards,
David
