If they're children then they should be <h3>. Whether they are accordions or not is immaterial.

Hello Chris,
Yes, they are. At first I thought they should be h3 thent thought that h2 would be okay. The âchildrenâ sections are going to be accordion style if that makes any difference.

With limited context it looks to me that Shops on Main Street, Farmers Markets and Other Shops are children of Explore Shopping.
