Substitute for axe Expert Page Insights?

Good morning:
There was a feature in axe Expert called Page Insights that provided a map of headings, links, images and landmarks, along with their names to judge at a glance if they are all correct. We have been talking with Deque about the fact that this isn't available in axe DevTools or DevTools Pro (the Intelligent Guided Testing feature does a watered-down version but not what we need). Has anyone found an equivalent tool?Â
