Call for Proposals - Accessibility Summer Camp 2025

Share your accessibility knowledge during our eighth annual virtual conference, Accessibility Summer Camp! This year’s ASC event will take place on Friday, June 13, 2025, from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm CDT via Zoom. As a conference speaker, you can attend sessions as well as present and engage in valuable networking with like-minded professionals.

What is Accessibility Summer Camp (ASC)?
The Accessibility Summer Camp (ASC) is an affordable, one-day virtual conference, now in its 8th year, based out of Wichita, KS. Organized by dedicated volunteers from WSU Tech and across the United States, ASC connects professionals and educators with the best practices in accessibility.

Registration will be open in early January. The registration grants you access to the live sessions day of the event and video recordings that are available post-conference. Please share this opportunity with your friends and colleagues of all knowledge backgrounds and levels as there will be something for everyone on the program!
