I completed the TT process in 2020. Back then I'd occasionally reach out to this email address for assistance:

They were usually responsive in a timely manner. There is also a regular thread I'm on regarding the ANDI testing tool (bookmarklet) that is used in the Trusted Tester process with recent conversations in the past week.

The current administration it was rumored, was going to cut or eliminate civil rights work at DHS so perhaps that is happening and limiting activities, I don't know.
