Is the Trusted Tester program still up and running?

Hey y'all.

I have a few people on one of my teams who want to explore the
Acccessibility Trusted Tester certification.
One of them said the training was unavailable when he tried, and it looks
like the DHS is facing budget cuts.

Does anyone here have an idea about where this program is currently or has
anyone got this certification lately?
