Accessibility Rating, Fiverr?

Dear Discussion Member,

I have posted before concerning use of Fiverre with a screen reader, NVDA
to be specific. One kind soul spoke of their need of sighted assistance to
set up Fiverr and link their pay provider to that. The reason I believe was
the payment page is in a nested field.
If I were to receive sighted assistance with establishing payment issues,
would it be difficult to independently pay a given freelancer for future
business orders?

Does Fiverr or any known service aid blind persons with establishing an
active account on Fiverr?

I have a freelancer in mind, but reluctant to provide him credentials with
the pay service I would be using. We are only acquainted through online
means.
