Not to stop this conversation, because it's important, but I think everyone
on this list would say the same thing. In fact, I think most of us would say
that anything web based your organization produces *should* be accessible.

As to whether or not it *has* to be, well, that's up to your
organization/management/legal team/laws/etc.
