Alva's OutSpoken for the Mac has been discontinued and is not
available for Mac OS X as I understand.


Apple has since created there own
Lucida GrandeUniversal
Access tool.


Here's some old info:

Apple is working to enhance the accessibility of its own applications

including the Finder, Mail, Safari, TextEdit, iChatAV, Calculator, and

more.


We'll have to wait and see how well.
