This is not a particularly good argument - if you set widths or max-widths
using EM values then you can easily restrict line lengths (in good
browsers), without affecting small-display devices, resizing will then allow
the container to expand to fit the content regardless of font-size.
Please also note that PDA / phone resolutions are now getting close to the
640 x 480 sizes that we tend to consider as hoplessly obsolete on a PC
