The next version of Opera has quite good voice support (both for reading
pages and actually controlling the software via voice commands).
I've taken the beta for a spin over the weekend, and it looks solid
enough.

Opera's output may not perfectly match what screenreaders or other
voicing browsers may read out, but it's quite good for giving an idea
to students and colleagues...
