The closest I've come to finding anything was on the Graphic Artists
Guild site. They have a fairly limited collection of common "disability
access symbols" http://gag.org/resources/das - no TTD one, unfortunately.

May be worth trawling sites like www.fontshop.com (although it's a pain
because there's no keyword search, so potentially have to go through all
1200+ symbol sets).
