Ben,

Definitely the list approach would work
best, and also shortening the repetitive title text as you have would help
also. Come to think of it, being as the edit and delete links are explicitely
linked to the question since they're all in the same <li> - you could
probably remove some of the title text there as well, going with a simple
"Edit" or "Delete" respectively.
