PDF QUESTION

I have a question, can someone help please?
i have several different pdf phone reports that my cell company gave me and what im hoping to do is somehow extract certain phone numbers by the area code either to another format or a blank pdf form? id like to get rid of duplicates but i cant ask for too much ;o) here is an example. im trying to pull all the (212) phone numbers that i called over a 12 month period. the only way i know how to do this is run a search for 212 then write down what it pulls up in the search box. i dont know pdf very well and im sure there is another way. any help would be great, thanks.
