Posting messages to a mailing list with the sole purpose to advertise your
agenda are certainly considered spam.

Had you posted in here with some actual substantiative content in your
messages, then maybe we could have a discussion, but you didn't. And your
track record leaves a pretty visible trail on the internet and it's not in
your favour.
