Good to see that not only English councils practise URL obfuscation :-)

http://hnb.dhs.vic.gov.au/ surely goes into my book for "non
memorisable URLs that should tell you something" :-)

So far my favourite was http://www.lbhf.gov.uk/ for a council called
Hammersmith and Fulham.
